As of January 1 2022, all clients who are uninsured or are opting to self-pay and will beginning a new plan of care with us, have a right to have a Good Faith Estimate. This is due to the No Surprise Act and will provide you with a general overview of the costs you will likely incur throughout your treatment plan.

Please be sure to let us know if you will be paying out-of-pocket for your care so we can provide you with an estimate prior to your initial evaluation.
